This stunning new build was designed to celebrate its natural setting, with panoramic views and dramatic elevation changes.
Featured in the 2025 Utah Valley Parade of Homes, our client envisioned a breathtaking curb appeal that would be the talk of the neighborhood and an inviting backyard retreat for their family.
To achieve this vision, we designed a combination of innovative foam block retaining and natural rock walls, creating a terraced front yard that flows seamlessly with the architecture of the home.
In the backyard, we installed an intimate crushed stone patio tucked into the upper corner, creating the perfect setting for a cozy fire pit under the stars. This flows effortlessly into a garden space, with custom metal planter boxes providing a place to grow herbs, vegetables, or seasonal flowers. Nearby, a daybed swing offers a quiet place to rest and take it all in.
