A design collaboration where brick charm meets bluestone terraces, an outdoor dining, and a pergola in this inviting Tudor retreat.
Working with a historic Tudor-style home in Salt Lake City, our design leaned into the home’s existing brick and Tudor accents while opening up the front with a welcoming bluestone patio. Layered terraces and natural stone walkways create structure and flow, guiding guests through the property.
The outdoor living areas include a sports court for family play, a fire feature for cozy evenings, and a generous lawn that balances open green space with structured planting. A custom outdoor kitchen and dining area extend the home’s entertaining potential, while a striking pergola and handcrafted wood gate anchor the design with architectural presence.
Concrete planters and thoughtfully selected plantings soften the hardscape and highlight the home’s historic charm. The result is a warm, multi-layered retreat that feels both timeless and ready for modern living.
