Mt. Olympus Retreat

Set beneath Mt. Olympus, this landscape remodel was designed to make the most of a challenging sloped site.

Existing boulders and a mature shade tree became anchors for the design, helping the new landscape feel grounded in its surroundings. Desert-inspired planting, warm stone, gravel pathways, and layered boulder walls connect each elevation and give the property a natural sense of flow.

A pool, outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, covered lounge, fire feature, putting green, garden boxes, and a tucked-away daybed swing offer something for every part of the day. The result is a highly functional backyard that feels relaxed, connected, and completely at home against the mountain landscape.
